Information instruction card for the new steering column mounted ignition lock key system on your Chevelle or Nova. This paper sleeve was wrapped around the sunvisor in your new 69 to explain the advanced key design of your ride. Original GM part # 3961389. This is the early or first design version with a print date code of 7-9-1968. This version was used until about December of 1968. Measures almost 5 inches wide and about 7.5 inches tall.
