Description   1966 - 1971 Voltage Regulator Radio Capacitor, Noise Filter New voltage regulator radio capacitor for your Chevelle or Nova. Works great for all 66 - 71 models. Includes correct wiring connection, mounting bracket and original part # 1964086 and 5 MF stamping in the end. Ignition systems, charging systems and electrical devices create magnetic pulses that are of the same frequency range as AM radio, resulting in radio interference or noise.
